As South Africa celebrated its 23rd Anniversary of the World AIDS Day awareness campaign on Monday 1st December 2014, Spartan Truck Hire employees took to the streets wearing their black and white T-shirts carrying red balloons.

The balloons had messages of hope tied to them as a sign of support to all who are suffering from this epidemic. All staff wore a red AIDS ribbon on the day and the money collect will be donated to a worthy AIDS-affected charitable organisation.

The commemoration took place at the Spartan Head Office in Kempton Park where all the employees gathered and released their balloons with messages of hope on them into the air. They all watched as the balloons flew away with their comforting and encouraging messages hoping to reach and touch many lives.
